If you choose, you can open the seminar to trainees from other companies and organizations to participate in your seminar. PAAS will publicize the seminar, collect fees from outside attendees, and give you a rebate. So your training dollar goes even farther!

This two-day seminar helps audit reviewers and analysts, processing supervisors, underwriting examiners, and agent customer service representatives improve their classification techniques for general liability. Audit Reviewer Course – Workers' Compensation

This two-day seminar gives your inside premium audit staff an opportunity to strengthen their knowledge of workers' compensation rules and learn how to review audits for quality and completeness. Originally developed with audit reviewers and analysts in mind, the course is also appropriate for underwriters and agents.

Back to Basics – Commercial General Liability

This two-day seminar consists of the general liability portion of our five-day Basic Training Course and will key in on the basic concepts relating to division six of the commercial general liability manual. The seminar will cover the CLM division six general rules, classifications, basis of premium, and the business group rules for manufacturing, mercantile, contracting and servicing, buildings or premises, and miscellaneous risks.

This two-day seminar will teach the basics of classifications, basis of premium, officers and other employees, subcontractors, maritime, and rating factors and is intended for trainees or anyone else in need of a good foundation in the basic concepts of workers' compensation.

Basic Training Course

This popular five-day course teaches the basic coverages and auditing techniques for workers' compensation, general liability, and commercial automobile. Because of the comprehensive coverage of the material, the course benefits the new auditor and the experienced auditor, audit reviewer, and underwriter. We strongly suggest that attendees start by studying the PAAS Training Manuals before attending this course.

Commercial General Liability Refresher Course

The CGL Refresher Course is a two-day seminar that promotes an awareness of the special classification techniques of the major general liability business groups. Also, through the use of lectures, workshops, and case studies, the course explores the key concepts of the general liability policy, including:

Premium audit functions have expanded to include not only field auditors but also inside telephone auditors. This two-day seminar helps the telephone auditor develop techniques to elicit information about the insured's operations. Learn what questions to ask and what the answers to those questions could mean to your company. The course also shows how to apply the information using the manual rules for general liability to determine the correct premium.
