Claim Scoring subscribers can now customize the score ranges that define the ClaimSearch Indicator, offering greater flexibility in aligning risk levels with their specific business needs.
Previously, these ranges were predefined, but with this new enhancement, subscribers can now tailor the score thresholds for low, medium, and high risk classifications. Once adjusted, the indicator values will be generated based on these customized ranges moving forward.'
