We’ve recently released a new version of our Risk Response integration, designed to provide more detailed information related to ClaimAlerts and Claim Scoring rules activity in your claim. With this new version, your system and users can be more efficient, acting on the output we send you.
Additions in this version include:
- A breakdown of the claim parties and vehicles in the claim, along with the ClaimAlerts/Claim Scoring rules and a count of matching claims specifically related to them.
- If an NICB ForeWARN alert is matched to a party, additional details will be provided to help assess the impact to your claim.
- ForeWARN alert number
- ForeWARN creation date
- ForeWARN alert type
- ForeWARN description
- Subject of ForeWARN alert
- If the Risk Response is sent to you resulting from an Automatic Update, we’ll provide you with the claim number, policy type, and date of loss of that matching claim.
