New Claim Scoring Triage View!

We're pleased to roll out this additional view of the Claims Page. This update enables you to:

  • Gain access to a restricted, read-only view of claims outside your organization that your company maintains a TPA agreement with—enhancing transparency while preserving data integrity and role-based permissions.

  • Safeguards carrier performance metrics by preventing TPA carriers from inadvertently triaging claims outside their purview—ensuring triage and acceptance rates remain accurate and unaffected.

This new view allows you to maintain secure, read-only access to claims outside your organization, while ensuring that existing metrics and workflows—such as triage and acceptance rates—remain fully intact and uninterrupted. This enhancement supports greater visibility without compromising operational integrity.
